37a6e2ad09 feat: Add Comics and Manga categories to Bookys scraper 
Both share the BD page structure (20 items/page, ?page=N, .bys-item links),
so this is just two new CATEGORIES entries; the UI dropdown and URL builder
pick them up automatically. Note the site uses singular "comic" in the path.

251dd77e49 chore: Commit remaining local settings and compiled bytecode 
Includes the Python bytecode caches (already tracked in this repo) and the
local Claude Code permission allowlist.
